Welcome to Aayo Hai (“we,” “our,” or “us”), a mobile application designed to serve the Nepali community in Australia by providing services including room rentals, Nepali grocery shopping, and event ticket booking.

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Aayo Hai. By using our Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. Account Registration

To access most features, you must register an account. You agree to provide accurate information and maintain your login credentials securely.

All payments are processed securely via trusted third-party gateways like Stripe. Prices are in AUD and may change without prior notice.

5. Shipping & Delivery (Groceries)

Deliveries are limited to Australia. Timeframes may vary, and someone must be available at the delivery address to receive the order.

6. Room Rental Terms

Aayo Hai only facilitates listings. We are not responsible for the authenticity of room providers or any disputes between parties.

7. Event Ticketing

Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is canceled or postponed by the organizer.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to use the app for unlawful purposes, post misleading content, or harass other users. Violations may result in account suspension.

9. User Content

By submitting content (e.g., reviews, listings), you grant Aayo Hai a license to use and display the content within the app.

10. Intellectual Property

All content in the app is owned by Aayo Hai or its licensors. You may not reuse or distribute it without permission.

11. Privacy

Our use of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for violating these Terms, with or without notice.

The Service is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee accuracy or availability and are not liable for third-party content or actions.

To the extent permitted by law, Aayo Hai is not liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from your use of the app.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Disputes will be handled in the courts of your local Australian state or territory.

16. Account Deletion

Users can request account deletion directly from within the app. Once the request is made, the account will be deactivated, and all associated data will be retained for a period of 30 days. During this time, users may reactivate their account by simply logging in. If the account is not reactivated within 30 days, all user data will be permanently deleted from our system and cannot be recovered.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes indicates your acceptance.
